Vial filling line

This line include bottle washer-sterilization and drying tunnel—bottle feeder--vial filling, stoppering, capping machine—labeler

1. Bottle washer

Description: This machine is applied to wash vial bottles etc glass bottle. Structure is rotate type drum and with bottle feeder and bottle dialer. The bottle feeder will arrange the bottles in line and send them to bottle dialer, two dialers will push four bottles after one round cycle, the drum will rotate intermittently, the bottles inside drum will rotate by the drum. Bottles will be cleaned by cycled water, purified water and purified air to finish the whole washing process.

This machine can be applied for production line.

The advantage is stable running, reliable action, good effect of washing and matched with hydrosphere process system.

2. Tunnel sterilization and drying machine

AHS type tunnel sterilization and drying machine are suitable for ampoule, clinical, vial, oral liquor bottle sterilizing and drying.

This series have two base type: Chain type and mesh type. Can according to the need of clients.

And have 100 class air purifying system.(extra charge)

Working principle:

The bottles are transported into the tunnel through the pre-heating area, high temperature area,

The setting temperature should be over 350⁰ , the bottles passing time over 5 minutes and low temperature cooling area. The conveying speed is adjustable. All process is in the protect at the 100 class air purifying system.

3. Bottle feeder

Description:

It is applied to arrange the bottles before bottle filling in pharmaceutical or food industry.

1.       Automatically arrange bottles in high efficiency.

2.       It is suitable for all kinds of bottles without to change mould.

3.       Safe and healthy, low noise when in operation.

4.       Be easy to maintain the machine.

4. Liquid filling, stoppering and capping machine

Features:        This machine has 4 pistons for filling, can automatically finish bottle feeding, liquid fillin, pluging stopper and capping. Automatically stop filling if there is no bottle. Its structure compact, filling and speed is adjustable, stable function. The structure is reasonable, can produce in single machine or in line. The filling can be applied to normal liquid or ointment.

5. Labeler machine

Descriptions:

1. Accept TAIWAN technology, multi specifications, multi-functions, the machine can be applied for different shape round bottle’s labeling.

2. Accept PLC control, step motor and good brand sensor to ensure the precision of labeling machine

3. No need special training, normal worker can operate and maintain machine after training. Standard electric components make the maintenance be simple and easy.

4. Machine touching material is SUS304 type stainless steel and T6 Aluminum alloy material, and standard mechanical parts which are changeable and can accord with GMP standard.

5. Code print is driven by motor.
